We are seeking a Designer to join our team of amazing creatives. As a Designer, this person will primarily be charged with executing creative based on project briefs, presenting pixel-perfect executions to internal teams and clients, revising direction, and executing the final deliverables-standard designer-ery stuff. Projects can include email design, website design and production, rich media/interactive, and other types of content creation. On occasion, the role may be called upon for physical experience with the concept, and brand experience.

What You Gotta Know

• Bachelor's degree in design or realted field or relevant work experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
• 2-4 years of concept, design, and execution experience
• Motion graphics/animation experience
• Illustration experience bringing concepts to life in various mediums
• Prior experience with national brands in an agency environment is strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of Web technologies (as they relate to creative concept development and design), interaction, and experience design
• Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite(Mac platform), presentation tools, and standard office software packages
• Bachelor’s degree in an industry-relevant area or equivalent work experience
• Experience working on various social media platforms
• Traditional design experience a plus
